What is the date when this is effective? When will they be served with these papers? What happens if they don't sign? What happens if they are not served?

(The papers are fine, but all the questions aren't answered.)

Not exactly sure, but...

I'll be getting a printed, signed copy tomorrow--this was just the "unofficial" version that the DOJ had for email. The real thing was printed, signed and sent. I don't know when but I suppose when my copy arrives in the snail mail I will find out.

I would assume they've been served already--I don't think the AG would be sending it to me if they hadn't received their copy. I confirmed with the AG that this is a matter of public record as of now, and that it was OK for me to spread the word. So I guess that means they were served. Believe me, I will let you know tomorrow when I get the full copy, if they have already signed it and stuff. I'll scan it in so we can all revel in the beauty.

Imagine me dancing around in my hot muggy room. No, I'm not dancing because it's too hot, but I am happy they got served.

Hi Turi,

I've been following this since it all went sour. Congrats on all your hard work paying off!
Methinks we need to keep an even closer eye out now. Who knows who Those Two will try to swindle out of that $500.00! Wouldn't it be *such* a shame if they couldn't come up with the money. *evul grin*

hugs,
sweetie

oh, no KIDDING

I had a few evul thoughts myself about that...sure would be a shame if the check got lost in the mail, huh? Unfortunately, I'm sure Daddy will help out his widdle angel Amy again, the cash has probably already been Western Unioned to her.

you know the ultimate irony is that Amy, in signing this, has to admit she is Amy Player, aka Jordan Wood and the disguise has to come off, as it were

Well, well, well. So she has to admit on a legal document.....so much for the multiple suicides and the denials that Amy and Jordan are two different people.

Hee hee HEE, good point!

I noticed the AG had included both names but I hadn't quite put it together that signing it with her REAL NAME is as good as a confession to the whole Jordan Wood scam! Gotta love that action. Yes, you do.

[info]foxykc

June 19 2004, 18:54:01 UTC 7 years ago

Re: Hee hee HEE, good point!

Yep. She might be lying low because she has to reinvent herself, or else think of some way to become Jordan Wood permanently.

But, and I'll say this here because we suspect they are reading your LJ: I don't think she wants to make a permanent change. Because she has to see what is the next big thing she wants to do. So changing her name legally, or starting Vitamin T (actually transitioning from FTM) is too final a step for someone who morphs as often as she seems to.I mean, I have no idea of she has started to transition or wants to -- I'm just guessing her on that one. Judging from the recent pics, I'd have to say, no she wasn't taking Vitamin T but I'm no expert.

It's pretty clear she doesn't want to be Amy Player. But who does she want to be next, and how long will she want to be that?

Congrats Turimel. I know even THIS much has been incredibly hard work and has taken too, too long. But it's finally happening... the wheels of justice are finally rolling along, and your vindication along with them.

Keep us posted...as it looks as though the story of Tentmoot may have a happy ending (of a sort) after all!
