What I've said and will say again is not gossip, it's just simple truth. Simple truth and Amy rarely go together, but just as you folks are suffering from her lies now, so did a lot of people in my parts of fandom earlier. That is why I made that public post. Amy works by keeping everyone she lies to in the dark and playing them off each other.
Despite the unpleasantness of having to rehash Amy's story and learn new and icky things each time from others who have known her, I feel it is important that her story be repeated so that others don't fall for the same tricks. Therefore if there are any questions about what really happened, feel free to ask me. I probably had more honest RL interaction with Amy than most anyone in LOTR fandom (though that's not really saying much).
